When it comes to web design, it can be said that there’s permanence to impermanence, but the opposite is often true as well. To hold something in your hand that you’ve designed brings out a satisfaction of craftsmanship that is wholly different experience. It involves an attention to detail and careful planning which has had me focus on the classic “rules” of typography and layout but at the same time given me the opportunity to know when to break them.
